Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login details and use the service in accordance with applicable law.
Plans and recurring payments
Paid plans renew through Stripe at the interval and price shown at checkout until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless checkout states otherwise.
Digital purchases and refunds
One-time design purchases are charged once and access is delivered digitally. Refund eligibility is subject to applicable law and the refund terms shown at purchase; access may be revoked after a refund, dispute or reversed payment.
Creative content
Do not use the platform to create unlawful, deceptive or rights-infringing material. You remain responsible for prompts, uploads and how downloaded work is used.
Availability
We work to keep the service reliable, but maintenance, third-party systems and security events may occasionally affect access.
